I’m blown away. Feature request for Acorn image editor forms in my head, I email request to @flyingmeat.
23 minutes later I have that exact feature running on my computer.
Always listens. Pragmatic.
There is a lot to be said about working with indie developers!

Big shout out for Retrobatch by @flyingmeat. Anytime I have a large folder of images I need to perform a bunch of transformations on, I'm amazed at how simple and alarmingly fast Retrobatch is at letting me define them and get my work done. 10/10 would recommend!

Good news, Apple released Security Update 2021-003 Catalina yesterday for 10.15.7, and it appears to have fixed the regression which broke Acorn 6 and below. You can grab it from Software Update in Sys Prefs.
I will now try to (unsuccessfully) forget this ever happened.

Very cool!

Trying to edit a 230MB tiff image but the image edit program kept crashing. Had that forehead to keyboard 🙄 moment when I remembered I should have been doing this in @flyingmeat @acornapp which of course had no problems. Just love that app.
