Millennials are the elite generation because they cranked out 12-page essays the night before they were due. No ChatGPT. No Claude. Just lo-fi beats playing in the background, Black coffee at midnight, footnotes that were somehow correct, and pure delusion. Grade was an A minus. Period.

Reid Hoffman is currently a board member of Microsoft. As a public company, Microsoft has a responsibility to its shareholders to thoroughly investigate Reid Hoffman’s documented deep ties to Jeffrey Epstein—including what he actually did during visits to Epstein’s Island. • Massive volume of contact: Over 2,600 mentions/references in Epstein files, with friendly emails and interactions spanning 2013–2018 (well after Epstein’s 2008 conviction). • Confirmed visits to Epstein’s island: At least one in 2014 (for MIT fundraising, per Hoffman), with scheduling docs showing plans for additional trips to Little St. James. • Gifts sent: Emails show Hoffman sent ice cream “for the girls” and a “funny bone” statue “for the island” (Christmas Eve 2014). • Stays at Epstein properties: Planned or actual overnight stays at Epstein’s New Mexico Zorro Ranch, New York townhouse (e.g., Dec 2014 stay followed by breakfast with Epstein, Bill Gates, and others), and the island itself. • Offered PR help: Emails indicate Hoffman provided counsel or support to help rehab Epstein’s public image during scandals. • Downplayed / revised his story: Initially described ties as minimal and limited to MIT fundraising; later admitted more meetings and contact after documents surfaced, expressing regret for post-conviction interactions. • Close relationship until near the end: Ongoing personal emails, invites (e.g., Epstein’s 2015 “play” at island/ranch), and sustained contact despite Epstein’s known reputation. No criminal charges have been filed against Hoffman. Shareholders deserve full transparency. Microsoft should launch an independent investigation into these ties and their implications for the board.

I am not suicidal. I eat healthy food. The brakes on my car and truck are in good shape. I practice good trigger discipline and never point a gun at anyone, including myself. There are no deep pools of water on my farm and I’m a pretty good swimmer.

Bill Belichick not being a first ballot Hall of Famer means that no coach should ever be. It means that the voters have decided there isn’t a coaching resume that warrants First Ballot consideration! He is the GREATEST, most ACCOMPLISHED coach of all time! This is egregious!

I got audited for 2022 taxes and the IRS told me I owed like 17,000 in taxes. I didn't owe them anything. I sent every piece of evidence and written explanations of every dollar. The rejected my response, charged more interest and said I owed them 19k now. Even though it took them 11 months to respond. Had to get a CPA to send a response saying the same thing I said. Cost me $2k for that. Just got a letter which basically says, ahh.. nevermind.. we are closing the audit. Very happy I don't have to pay off the US government to get them to leave me alone. Not very happy I can't bill them the $2k and about 4 fulls days of my own labor that I had to spend to tell them they are incompetent.

It appears Patrick Mahomes is “on pace” to miss the playoffs, in year 9, at age 30, with a top 4-8 Scoring Defense, a top 3-7 O-Line, an Pro Bowl/All Pro Hall of Fame Tight End, a top 10-12 Wide Receiver & a HoF HC

Michael Morrissey was only willing to hire Jud Welcher after finding out “whether he can provide an opinion that might help out with the case.” This is not seeking truth. This is seeking a conviction. If he was seeking truth he’d hire him and accept whatever findings he made. As you will see in the future, they did this exact same thing with Jessica Hyde.

i personally believe billionaires should not exist - only people who organize the proletariat to seize the means of production so they can live the lifestyle of a billionaire as a member of the politburo should exist.

Terrible news for @karenRead the jury is coming back tomorrow and had zero questions today. Tomorrow she will begin her prison sentence which means no freedom until - at the earliest -June 17, 2030.

Put aside your view of the Karen Read case for a moment. That was a tremendously impressive and persuasive closing argument by Alan Jackson. Just a good lawyer doing good lawyering. Possibly his finest hour on this case so far. I have a few notes, but mostly just a thumb's up.

The number of people spewing out one-sided views on the Karen Read case and patting themselves on the back for their “objectivity” is absurd. If this dude won an award for being unbiased, it would have to be named after Michael Proctor. It’s OK to have a viewpoint. Just own it.

For the Twitter law students trying to rationalize by claiming that Brennan didn’t need his rebuttal case out of a position of strength, allow me to help by acting as an adjunct professor at the Twitter Law School. Prosecutors like any other lawyer ALWAYS want the last word. ALWAYS. There is no bigger advantage in litigation than getting the last word. And the prosecution gets it. The chance to rebut what the other party says is a gift. If the prosecution possessed credible testing that successfully rebutted the ARCCA witnesses and dog wound evidence (as Brennan repeatedly claimed for weeks he had), 100 of 100 prosecutors would do it. Brennan aborted and allowed the defense to finish strong. Primacy and recency, folks. Huge advantages for the prosecution. Brennan abandoned this opportunity. If you think he did so because he felt he had enough and didn’t want to piss off the jury, you need your head examined. Does he look like the kind of lawyer who cares or has any self-awareness about how his demeanor impacts the jury? He gave away his “final word” advantage because he knew his witnesses were going to get clobbered and/or to save his own rear end by being implicated in misconduct related to the sketchiness surrounding the x-rays and hoodie. It’s not that complicated.

Civil rights are just getting absolutely torched in Norfolk County. Karen Read could be any innocent citizen at this point.

The Norfolk County DA's Office has paid over $260K to Cellebrite since Michael Morrissey was elected. DA's and police are Cellebrite's primary customers. If they don't like the results of a Google search, Cellebrite has a financial incentive to fix that for them. That's why Ian Whiffin manually deleted Jennifer McCabe's 2:27 Google search. It still comes up when you use Axiom, which does not have a contract with the NCDAO.

The tow truck driver interview: Jeff Leary interviewed the tow truck driver back in July of 2023. It's been on FB for a long time so I'm sharing here for anyone who hasn't heard it before. #FreeKarenRead
