long time no tweets. I wasn’t using this account as I had made pretty much a full recovery, I was back walking a few miles a day, going to the gym & looking to start driving…my FND was no longer in control of my life. But my return to ‘normal’ life came crashing down yesterday
It’s exhausting and anxiety provoking. Things like this is what is siphoning doctors from the UK and causing us to go abroad. We are so dehumanised by the system, we’re just bodies for service provision. Me being married doesn’t even count to keeping me in my 1st choice region
So delighted to have presented at the #NADEGS23 conference last week! An amazing opportunity as a medical student to stand up (go me! 🦽) and present your research in front of a v impressive audience. Couldn’t have done it without the support of @DrLauraMoo and @ValWassRCGP 😊
Excellent presentation yesterday by @fnd_me at #nadegs23 of our project looking at #IPE between #medstudent and #PA in #primarycare with @ValWassRCGP Great to see lots of @CAPCAberdeen @UoAGPCME students and colleagues’ work @DrLinziMcM @fee_marr. #TeamGP
