The Constitution of Kenya, 2010 didn't just ask for a presidential winner. Article 138(4) demands 50%+1 and 25% in more than half the counties. Let's do the math on 2027. Only one aspirant has the national spread to clear that bar. The rest are just registering vehicles for negotiation.
Do you know that ALL elite political leaders in Kenya graduated from KANU? I guess you are a kid, so not good with history – at Nairobi, Kenya
First, it’s advice, not "advises". Secondly, you’re WRONG to imagine he won't leave if he gets a better deal from the other side. – at Nairobi, Kenya

@fokango has never been an @TheODMparty die hard as he claims and thinks. He is a party hopper who moved from KANU, Third way alliance and now in ODM. He is just happy that it is his turn to eat. Maybe he will join UDA or the party Kasongo will form next. #RutoMustGo

@fokango Impressive work. You’ve now promoted WPF into your fantasy lineup of parties supposedly rushing to join the WANTAM @WilliamsRuto broad-based circus purely, of course, to justify the pay you receive. Sorry, WPF is not part of your script. Keep the party out of your nonsense and confine yourself to the theatrics you are already contracted to deliver.

Summary:
I hate murima people and you should hate them too!
Good luck with your hate.
The irony is that you’re mistaken. I understand the palace analogy; what you haven’t demonstrated is whether you understand power, influence, or how decisions are made. Insults are often the refuge of those who lack the intellectual capacity to engage the argument. – at Nairobi, Kenya
The unresolved constitutional contradiction is that, in the 2018 decision of Katiba Institute v Attorney General, the High Court struck down Section 39(1G) of the Elections Act. The court ruled that the proviso, which stated that livestreamed results were "for purposes of public information only and shall not be the basis for a declaration by the Commission," was unconstitutional. It rendered the stream legally worthless, violating the constitutional fidelity in Articles 38, 81(e), and 86.
Live streaming of Election Results is not possible in Kenya today because there is no law for live streaming, following the CoA declaration of section 39(1G) as unconstitutional in the National Assembly vs Katiba Institute Appeal No. 243 of 2018.
Therefore, Unless Parliament enacts a transparent and accountable law that ensures that what is live streamed is what is declared, we will get to the 2027 general elections without any law. Consequently, IEBC will not be obliged to livestream Election Results. This lacuna is what someone wants to use, misuse and abuse. #titusMakhanuDagorettiNorthMP2027 #WakiliwaMwananchi

Dear Uncle Steve, I see you are at Wamunyoro. Do you like Wamunyoro? Definitely No. They're going to short change you! WSR is in your hood right now, and you have his missed call. By the way, we have your jersey printed with your name and number already. With WSR! 😉 – at Nairobi, Kenya
