I know the team is working hard on the recent Codex issues, but this has gone on long enough that users deserve more transparency.
This isn’t just about my own $200 plan. There are many paying users on the same tier reporting that Codex has been unreliable or effectively unusable for days.
What makes it even harder to accept is the contrast: some users are already being gradually rolled onto GPT-6 Sol, while another group of paying users is still stuck dealing with constant capacity errors and can barely use Codex at all.
I’ve personally gone 6 days without being able to use Codex normally. That’s a meaningful part of a paid subscription simply gone.
And when this is finally fixed, a usage reset alone is not enough. Resetting quota doesn’t give those lost days back.
Affected users should get a subscription extension or equivalent account credit.
Fix the issue, explain what happened, and compensate the users who actually lost paid service time.

Hey @vnovakovski , I’ve traded $3B+ on Lighter since June, and wanted to flag an execution issue that has significantly deteriorated over the past few weeks.
First, credit where it’s due: Lighter is a genuinely great product with a strong long-term vision. Zero fees, clean UX, and a model that scales. Funny enough, I’ve never traded on Hyperliquid but I've traded $3B+ on Lighter.
TL;DR: Average latency looks fine, but during volatile markets execution reliability breaks down. P90/P95 blow out to seconds, sometimes even up to 10 seconds, making execution unpredictable when speed matters most.
According to the documentation, there's a 300ms latency for market order from a standard account. That’s roughly true in calm markets.
However, using my 10,000+ ETH trades from the past week, the picture changes materially once the market becomes volatile — exactly when latency matters most:
• Median latency (P50) stays around ~325ms
• But tail latency degrades non-linearly
• P90 and P95 jump into seconds during high short-term volatility

这是一篇lighter清算的维权帖。8月23号，我在lighter上的7个btc被清算，被收取了8100u清算费，dc开票到现在的12天里，我深感散户维权的无力。下面我会先讲下lighter的清算规则，再说下lighter不遵守规则的清算行为，最后分享下维权进度
先说一个搞笑的，上周HL盘前合约事件发生后，我看到律动上的一篇文章，称赞了lighter的清算机制，就想问问@lightercn @Lighter_xyz 你俩觉得呢？你俩肯定觉得吃清算的人血馒头香极了吧
1️⃣Lighter清算规则
Lighter文档里这么写的：当平仓保证金要求(CMR)<账户价值(TAV)<维持保证金要求(MMR)时，执行部分清算，部分清算后若TAV>MMR则停止清算；当TAV<CMR时，执行全部清算。以btc举例，当0.8%*仓位<TAV<1.2%*仓位时，执行部分清算，当TAV<0.8%*仓位时，执行全部清算
2️⃣无视规则的赌场
我被清算时，TAV=9703.27，MMR=9715.27，CMR=6476.85，由于CMR<TAV<MMR，按规则应执行部分清算，实际上却执行了全部清算。假设按规则先部分清算，比如先清算1btc，清算后的TAV>MMR就不会继续清算，用户就有时间去手动止损，就能避免全部清算收取的高昂清算费

普通人想要在市场上获利，本质上是靠寻找无效定价的机会
市场在99%的情况下的定价都是有效的，多数普通人是没有办法在这种环境下获利的，因为潜在的利润已经被市场上的聪明人、机构、内幕者算完分好了。
无效定价的机会基本以两种形式来体现：
1.寻找无效的市场：一般来说这种市场比较新、充满着大众对它的偏见，竞争不强烈。比如各类套利的机会、土狗等；也就是大家熟称的：alpha。这需要你对消息有敏锐的感知、以及快速学习规则找到潜在的漏洞的能力。
2.等待市场上那1%的无效时刻：多数时候保持低的风险敞口，做套利、吃息，在市场非理性定价无效时，利用其他人犯错而获利。比如暴跌抄底、狂热时一定仓位买put等。
巴菲特为什么常年手握天量现金？赛思卡拉曼为什么常年只有50%仓位？霍华德马克思为什么一直等待暴跌追寻市场钟摆极端的时刻？
因为一个好机会大于100次平庸的机会，获取巨利的机会都是在买的极端便宜时产生的。确实你要做的很简单：评估标的的价值，然后等待市场无效时买入就好，这时就是市场送钱给你。
当然要做到如此并不简单：天赋、努力、走出舒适圈的勇气、独立思考反权威、耐心、好心态，等，都不可或缺。
