what i had intentionally!! yesterday after breaking my longest fast ever of 87 hours. bacon, egg, and cheese burrito frito honey bqq twists penne pasta w meat, cheese and tomato sauce 2 servings of mike and ike sours 1,426 cals. burned 450.
