Sorry I had to shame this inconsiderate driver in the car park today. I had to really struggle to get in my car clambering over the passenger seat not what I wanted to do after a busy night shift. Manners matter in March !!!!

111 were on great form last night and I noticed that all patients with abdominal pain are diagnosed with a ruptured or dissecting aneurysm!
Do you know how common this actually is? Not very I can tell you.
It just heaps more pressure on an already struggling #Ambulance service.

In the hospital where my sister works, they’ve been asked not to attend parties or social gatherings so not to put patients & colleagues at risk. So do remember that many NHS will be sacrificing what happens in their own private lives to keep others safe. So let’s all do our bit.
