Prior to that, he made his son in-law commissioner of lands and Chief of Staff within 2 years. It took the intervention of Oshiomole and Hope Uzodimma to wrestle out Imo from that nigga.
He's talking about greed. But he created a new ministry called "ministry of happiness and purpose fulfillment" just to make her sister a commissioner.
