With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Ruchell “Cinque” Magee at 84 years old. Ruchell lived a long life, standing strong in the face of racism, incarceration and repression. We are glad to know that he was able to spend his last months outside of prison with loved ones.
WE'VE REACHED $50,000! The Coalition to Free Ruchell Magee extends its warm appreciation to everyone who supported Ruchell’s re-entry fund. He’s adjusting to life outside of prison, so every dollar counts. For Black August we’re announcing a new goal of 100k! Donation link in bio
The power of the people can make this happen to support our brother & comrade Cinque. If you can donate toward this, please do. If you donated already, please consider contributing to the re-entry fund again. And no matter what, you can help by sharing

Amazing work in support of Ruchell Magee’s re-entry!! We’re so close to our goal of $33.5k, which would provide Ruchell $500 for each year he was incarcerated, this will help him cover life & medical expenses. Only $7,000 more to go! ✊🏾 donation link in bio

Ruchell Magee, who some consider the longest-held political prisoner in the world, has been granted release in California!
Magee has faced 53 years of wrongful imprisonment that ties way back to the persecution of George and Jonathan Jackson, & Angela Davis.
