Frank Murtha, longtime NFL agent, embodied the values of humility, kindness, and integrity while zealously representing the best interests of his clients. He was a connector of people, a mentor to so many, and someone who was always willing to lend a helping hand. He understood the importance of building and maintaining long-term relationships, even with those sitting across the negotiating table. He had a unique approach to the business. He was a fierce advocate who never lost sight of the human side of negotiations. He was a voice of reason, a gentleman, and, above all, a first-class person. They don't make them like Frank anymore. He made his mark on our business, but his greatest legacy is the impact he had on the people who knew him. We are all better for having crossed paths with Frank Murtha. Rest in peace, my friend. You were a true Negotiation Warrior, not just at the negotiating table, but in every aspect of life.
