FYI there are 17 wind projects above 100 MW
REIPPPP caps solar projects at 75 MW and Wind at 140 MW, IPPs can’t produce more.
Wind IPPs proposed projects up to 500MW for the RFI response due 2 no MW cap.
Wind has cobtributed 20 584 GWh to the grid, so they do make a difference.
