BAYC fundamentally changed the trajectory of NFTs.
It proved that digital collectibles could operate as brands, with identity, culture and real-world relevance.
They set the blueprint.
Most major collections today, whether they admit it or not, stand on ideas that BAYC normalized early.
You donβt have to like it. You donβt have to hold the token.
But respecting the impact is part of understanding how this space evolved.
