Security scans that never go stale 🔒 Claude Security now re-scans connected GitHub/GitLab repos as code lands, auto-closes fixed findings, reopens regressions and writes an editable threat model per project; public beta on Claude Enterprise, with $25K in monthly usage credits for eligible orgs for two months through Dec 31, 2026.
Claude Security now keeps up with your code as it changes. Connect your repositories once. Claude runs a deep first scan, then re-scans as changes land, so findings stay close to the current state of your code. In public beta on Claude Enterprise.

Building for wearables and IOT shouldn't mean rewriting your model for every chip. Today we're completing the 32-bit open-source Coral NPU architecture (up to 1 TOPS under 10 mW), releasing our v1.0 compiler, and launching new Coralboard devkits with Synaptics: goo.gle/4zGSu17

New research: We developed JOLT, a post-training method where one model acts as both teacher and student, with the teacher trained to give feedback the student can use. On MATH, it matched GRPO's accuracy with 6.5x fewer training tokens. perplexity.ai/hub/blog/a-goo…

Claude now messages you first 🤝 Anthropic opened a research preview of Claude Duet, a standalone proactive-agent app built on Claude Opus 5.5 that sends a morning brief, works on its own cloud VM while you're away, and waits for your approval before it sends, pays, signs or deletes anything. Waitlist starts with US Pro and Max users.
We’re opening a research preview of Claude Duet, a new app where Claude works as a proactive agent. It comes to you with what needs your attention, completes tasks you ask of it, keeps working when you step away, and checks with you before it acts on your behalf.

We've updated MLCR-AA, our leaderboard for Wisedocs' Medical Long Context Reasoning benchmark, with Claude Sonnet 5.5 and GPT-6 Astra now tied for the #1 score We've updated how MLCR-AA prompts and grades models on @wisedocsai's benchmark, to better reflect how medical record review is done in practice. Models are now prompted as medical record reviewers, and asked to answer each part of a question in one paragraph with their conclusion and the supporting evidence from the record. Answers are graded by a new three-model judge panel, and we reviewed all 60 expert reference answers against their source records, refining 15. Claude Sonnet 5.5 (max with fallback) from @AnthropicAI and GPT-6 Astra (max) from @OpenAI are tied at the top with 41.7%, followed by GPT-6.1 Sol (max) at 38.3%. Qwen3.8 2.4T A95B from @Alibaba_Qwen is the leading open weights model at 30.6%. Key results from the updated MLCR-AA: ➤ Medical record review remains far from solved: an answer passes only when it is both complete and accurate, and no model passes more than 42% of questions and the median model passes under 15% ➤ Anthropic models lead on completeness, reaching the expert's conclusion with the right medical reasoning: Claude models hold the top 18 completeness scores across every model and effort level we tested, led by Claude Sonnet 5.5 (max with fallback) at 64.8%. The best non-Anthropic model is GPT-6 Astra (max) at 42.2% ➤ OpenAI models lead on accuracy, citing the record without exaggeration or hallucination: OpenAI models hold the top 27 accuracy scores, led by GPT-6.1 Sol (max) at 96.7%, but answer fewer questions completely: GPT-6.1 Sol (max) is complete on 40.0% of questions We would like to thank Wisedocs for building MLCR and for their collaboration in bringing it to Artificial Analysis

The cheapest voice on the board is now the best one 🎙️ HeyGen Voice Turbo took #1 on Artificial Analysis' Controlled Voice TTS Arena with 1,202 Elo across 46 models, edging HeyGen Voice (1,196), at $4 per 1M characters, the lowest price on the leaderboard.
HeyGen Voice Turbo takes the #1 spot on the Artificial Analysis Controlled Voice TTS Arena Leaderboard, with their previous model, HeyGen Voice, ranking #2 Just two weeks after reaching #1 with its previous model, @HeyGen has released HeyGen Voice Turbo, which now leads the leaderboard at $4/1M characters. Our Controlled Voice Arena evaluates models using the same 8 cloned voices (4 US, 4 UK), allowing listeners to compare speech quality across models independently of voice preference. Key takeaways: ➤ Controlled Voice Arena: HeyGen Voice Turbo has an Elo of 1,202 across 1,663 appearances, ranking #1 of 46 models, ahead of HeyGen Voice at 1,196 and Qwen-Audio-3.1-TTS-Plus at 1,185. It also ranks #1 in Assistants and Entertainment. ➤ Accents: HeyGen Voice Turbo ranks #1 in English (UK) with an Elo of 1,197 and #2 in English (US) at 1,204, behind only Qwen-Audio-3.1-TTS-Plus. ➤ Pronunciation Robustness: HeyGen Voice Turbo scores 87.8%, ranking #8 of 33 models, improving from HeyGen Voice's 83.2%. It also ranks #1 in Preserving Exact Sequences at 91.8%. ➤ Pricing: At $4/1M characters, HeyGen Voice Turbo is the lowest-priced model on the Controlled Voice Arena Leaderboard, compared to Simba 3.2 at $6.6/1M characters and Gemini 3.8 Flash-Lite TTS at $11/1M characters. It is also 7.5x cheaper than HeyGen Voice at $30/1M characters. See more details and listen to samples below ⬇️

Speak one language, they hear another 🌍 ElevenLabs opened a limited alpha of Eleven Realtime Translation: live voice translation inside calls across 90+ languages, auto-detecting who speaks what. Enterprise customers only for now.
This week, we launched Eleven Realtime for voice agents that talk to people. Now we’re opening a limited alpha of Eleven Realtime Translation, for people who need to talk to each other. Eleven Realtime Translation builds live voice translation into calls. Each person can speak their own language and hear the other person in theirs, in a natural voice, while the call is happening. It works in more than 90 languages and detects each speaker’s language automatically. Access is open to enterprise customers during the alpha.

Thousands of AI agents, 32 minutes 🧬 OpenAI, PerturbAI and Scripps Research ran thousands of GPT-Rosalind agents over a mouse-brain atlas of millions of cells and surfaced new disease leads; blinded experts preferred their reports 75% of the time.
GPT-Rosalind surfaced a new lead for drug discovery: could restoring cholesterol transport protect neurons from degeneration? DCTN1 is a gene linked to Perry syndrome, a rare neurodegenerative disorder. In mouse-brain data, disrupting it increased expression of genes involved in making cholesterol. GPT-Rosalind suggested a possible explanation: cholesterol may not be reaching where neurons need it. That gives scientists a specific mechanism to test and, if confirmed, a direction for developing new treatments for neurodegenerative disorders. With @perturbai_tx and @scrippsresearch, a team of thousands of GPT-Rosalind agents worked in parallel, connecting gene-expression results from millions of mouse brain cells with scientific literature in just 32 minutes. We’re now expanding this collaboration to identify new drug targets. openai.com/index/scaling-ai-…

You can now choose 12-hour prompt caching in the API. Persistent agents, like dots, reuse context throughout the day. You can keep shared instructions, tools, and context cached longer and pay the lower cached-input rate, even when requests are hours apart.
