Foundation have been using the palm drills to make holes in conkers which we have then been threading onto wire. 🍂
We have been reading Supertato, we have been trying to find the evil pea and creating our own super veggies to save the day. Tomorrow we we will be writing about our veggies. 🥗 🥕 🥦
Sculpture club!
we have really enjoyed collecting verbs to give us inspiration to make paper sculptures. Some children commented on how calm they found this activity.
We had lots of creativity shown through shapes and ideas! Super job ⭐️

World book day 2025 📚
Foundation have been thoroughly enjoyed our world book week, we have been reading Charlie Cooks favourite book and completing challenges!
We thoroughly enjoyed learning all about pancakes on Shrove Tuesday!
We enjoyed reading Mr Wolfs pancakes writing shopping lists and design our perfect pancakes! Lots of thumbs up all round for them! 🥞

A wonderful week so far celebrating our love of reading: making our own concoctions after exploring George’s Marvellous Medicine and making our own lick-able wallpaper from Charlie and the a chocolate Factory.

In Foundation we have opened Santa’s workshop! We have a wrapping station and mail station. We have been practicing our wrapping skills, writing gift tags, making signs and checking the nice list!
Our values award winners have helped to set up the tree at the Brumby United church ready for the festival of Christmas trees!
Our tree of hope looks wonderful, and you can all go and visit it this weekend and next! 🌲
Foundation have had the best time on their first ever school trip! We saw Santa, deers and we rode on a train! 🚂
