The 60 Minutes sob story tonight highlighted an illegal alien and his wife and two children. One problem. The illegal alien claimed he was a HOMOSEXUAL in order to try and dodge deportation to Mali. You literally cannot make this up.
This illegal alien is @60Minutes poster child for what it claims are wrongful deportations. I pulled his file. His claimed reason for fearing Mali was that he is “gay,” just in case you’re wondering how bad the immigration fraud problem is.

“It feels really empty without him,” says 16-year-old Corey Diawara, whose father was deported in July. His father had lived in the U.S. for 25 years and had no criminal record. Moussa Diawara says he was deported without being able to speak to his lawyer or a judge. He was eventually sent to Mali, a country a U.S. immigration judge ruled he could not be deported to. In a statement, the Department of Homeland Security told 60 Minutes that Ghana had provided the U.S. with “diplomatic assurances for his safety.” DHS also questioned the credibility of Diawara’s arguments for fearing persecution in Mali. cbsn.ws/4etdVdW

Trump DOJ writes in its emergency filing today: "California also does not refute that it will tabulate ballots from individuals charged with federal voting crimes or that it has registered upwards of 1,500 noncitizens to vote in federal elections before. The number of noncitizen voters California has admitted to registering (1,500) could change the outcome of an election."

CA's big defense is they don't keep track of anything, don't want to keep track of anything, and requiring them to keep track of anything would be hard so they should be allowed to just plow ahead with business as usual.

California has 58 counties. Inyo County is a sparsely populated area of the historic gold mining region of the western Sierra Nevada Mountains on the eastern half California. That is a strongly GOP county, and the Clerk checked its voter registration against the list and reported no positive results. That's all DOJ asked. You will likely see this done again in a 15-20 counties in the days ahead. Kern County is a much more populous county that is very Red but has a sizeable Hispanic population. That will be interesting to watch. Same for Fresno County where there is a voting age population in excess of 700,000 people and a sizeable Hispanic population in a very Red county.

So, the Secretary of State in California said that they have no way to verify Citizenship when registering people to vote. They also issue Driver Licenses / ID cards to virtually anyone and they do it online with no checks at all. How can they then say that there are not 1,000's or 100,000's, or millions of non citizens on the voter rolls, since that is mostly how they register people to vote. They are going to have a tough time explaining their position to the judges. I don't think they are going to get away with "well we are on the honor system" and we don't want to cooperate with the Feds even though they offered to help us numerous times.

From the Calif. response to the Ninth Circuit on DOJ's request for emergency injunctive relief: "At a minimum, by failing to provide specifics, the federal government has deprived defendants and this Court with “the information needed to independently assess the reliability of its conclusion.” California is refusing to expend any effort to confirm the citizenship of suspect registered voters. But it would, if given sufficient specifics, expend resources to independently assess the reliability of DOJ's work calling citizenship of those persons into question. DOJ might make use of that admission.

This is insane. How did we possibly reject this?! It's a fantastic deal.
Ukrainian MP confirms that 2023 peace plan, which was reported by @FT & accepted by Putin but rejected by Zelensky & Biden administration, envisioned: "- Russia withdraws its troops from most of the four oblasts it had just declared “annexed.” - The new line of demarcation runs roughly along the line as of February 24, 2022: Crimea and the part of Donbas that Russia controlled before the full-scale invasion. - Ukraine recognizes Russian control over Crimea. - Ukraine grants Russia an unobstructed land corridor to Crimea. - The ceasefire regime is guaranteed by NATO countries that provide protection for Ukraine. - Russia begins negotiations with the US on its own security guarantees. -Moreover, Russia was ready to give up the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant as well. -And the 300 billion in frozen assets was to go toward rebuilding all of Ukraine, that is, together with the occupied territories. -As for Crimea: we were not required to recognize it as Russian, only to recognize Russia’s control over it. In other words, we acknowledge that right now it is under Russian control (which is how it is). We were also required to adopt a law banning the return of Crimea by military means. -The land corridor to Crimea, a highway and a railway, was to be built at Russia’s expense. The hardest question was how to guard it. That is why the Russians were ready to give up Melitopol, but not Tokmak: they feared we would cut the corridor with artillery. -Zelensky rejected this proposal at the time."

Ukraine has done something really special. They’ve taken an incredibly sympathetic position, being invaded by another country, and somehow made themselves even less likable than the people invading them

A urna fecha às 17h. A decisão foi divulgada 17h07. Alguém deixou as urnas abertas depois do horário limite? Se sim, é um absurdo. Alguém desligou e vai ligar de novo? Se sim, é um absurdo ainda maior. É inaceitável. É um ultraje.

Why are libs so invested in this idea that you can't call shithole countries shitholes
Trump just called Libya, Yemen, Haiti, and Somalia "shithouse" and "shitass" countries.

How does it make any sense that in a "democratic" country of 220m+ people, a single Supreme Court judge (who used to be a personal attorney of one of the candidates) can unilaterally make a decision like this that will lead to the election being disputed/nullified Absolute craziness
Brazil: The likelihood of the losing candidate conceding tonight has declined markedly as Lula’s camp accuses mayors of cutting bus service to suppress turnout, and a last-minute court order extends voting only where polls hadn’t yet closed.

The war is existential for Zelensky, because he banned elections while it is ongoing. He needs the war to continue forever so he can stay in power for ever. As soon as the war ends, he will be forced to face an election, and eventually justice. Peace puts his political power and wealth at risk, which means there will be no peace while Zelensky has power.
Elon Musk again agrees that Zelensky "needs to go." As I wrote, Zelensky is one of worst leaders in history. He rejected peace deals, which could have avoided lose of lives of hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians, in favor of continuing unwinnable war & applauses by politicians & media.

Extra context. Lula union thugs were caught illegally stickering busses with Lula propaganda. The Secretary tried to stop them and Lula had him arrested

Just so you know, here are the facts but not like you care about them 1.) The buses were delayed because a Lula-connected union plastered election stickers on all the buses 2.) It is illegal for buses to operate with election propaganda 3.) The transportation secretary immediately ordered the removal of the stickers so they could resume operation although there was a slight delay 4.) The justice system is ordering the arrest of the transportation secretary for delaying the buses even though it would’ve been illegal to let them leave with the stickers 5.) The TSE judge who ordered the voting hours extension is Lula’s attorney 6.) The judge was not authorized to delay voting. 7.) the extension was granted AFTER voting had already closed. In case you’re too stupid to realize, this is an actual coup but it’s not the party you think it is committing the coup. This is what actual fascism looks like #FlavioPresidentedoBrasil
