This is a most extraordinary report- the data tables are fascinating. Thank you Mario for your expertise and generosity in helping voters make sense of the vchaos caused by this snap election. 🙏 worth a careful review.
Our latest release in #bcpoli: In the final week of the campaign, the BC Conservatives are keeping 87% of their voters from the 2024 provincial election. The retention rate is lower for the BC NDP at 78% and for the BC Greens at 61%. researchco.ca/2026/10/23/bcp…

I often feel like a bit of an imposter commenting on Canadian politics as I am not Canadian myself. But I really do love the country, own a bunch of real estate there, have a lot of Canuck friends, and did send my four kids (who do have Canadian passports) to boarding school there… all this as a prelude to my take on the US-Canada trade war, that I fervently hope will be the start of something better for Canada? Then why is oil $86 instead of $53 like it was in January?

A remarkable moment for Canada 🇨🇦
He said, “I’m Tragically Hip C’mon just let’s go” 🎤🇨🇦🤘 Thirty years ago, today, live from New York, The Hip performed ‘Grace Too’ on SNL, March 25th, 1995. Dan Aykroyd, who is also from Kingston, ON, introduced the HIP proudly in his Canada shirt. 🍁

rarely do the legends stand in awe . RIP Gordon. youtu.be/tV9PoWQVga0
When we were younger, Burton Cummings and I went to a #GordonLightfoot concert. We sat there mesmerized the entire time at the way he sang and the stories his lyrics told. Poetry, folklore & music. Spellbound would be a good way to describe it. Love to his family and friends today at his passing. I knew him a long time, he was a wonderful person. #Canadian #legend #RIP

Question: If someone doesn't pay a debt... And they admit they didn't pay a debt... And then you say that they didn't pay a debt... Is that slander...? 🤔😅🤦‍♂️
