Stuck on another @UnitedAirlines @MCO after 4hr delay—told it was fine to stay vs. rebook. Now baking on tarmac w/ no A/C, “locked in” for 3hrs. Same this morning: 7hrs in Newark. Radar clear, other planes taking off. Can we return to terminal rebook + credit? Service or money?
Storms were clearly visible on radar 2 hrs out in NJ—yet we still were told to board & almost took off, only to get delayed after 4 hour delay. With today’s tech, this IS avoidable. Wasted time = lost business. Customers remember & talk. Do better. #flightdelay #orlandoairport
