MY COFOUNDER IS CODING WHILE I’M CLEANING THE HOUSE 💀 and yes, my cofounder is Claude hahaha started building a completely new project yesterday, and Claude is doing most of the work right now… so while he’s busy writing code, i’m getting some housework done 😂 the plan is to launch it next week! it’s something different from ShipDesk (but it will be connected with shipdesk so if you don’t have shipdesk acc…get one), and i’m pretty excited about it 👀 i’ll share more once it’s ready for launch hehe any other solo founders letting AI do the coding while they handle real life?

WELL, I ACTUALLY TOOK SOME TIME OFF TODAY remember how i said this morning that i'd probably spend my saturday building ShipDesk again? turns out i managed to get away from my laptop for a few hours hahaha 12K steps today, taking inspiration from my bro @manu_zurcher !! after 4 weeks of nonstop coding and building SaaS, that fresh air felt amazing. but you know me... already back at my desk, ready to put a few more hours into ShipDesk 💀 at least i tried to take a day off hahaha how's your saturday going? let's connect and launch something

ANOTHER PRODUCTIVE DAY AS A SOLO FOUNDER 🚀 today was a pretty crazy day working on ShipDesk hahaha here’s what i got done: → almost 40 startups launching next week, another record! → introduced a 40-launch weekly limit so every founder gets a fair chance to be seen → built a new launch calendar showing available spots → ran a full security audit with 35 AI agents, found 14 issues and fixed all of them today 💀 and finally… cleaned up my home office! honestly, nothing beats a clean workspace after a long day of coding ☕️ building in public, shipping features, fixing security issues, and trying to keep everything running as a solo developer!! not a bad day hahaha how was your day? did you ship anything? here’s my setup 👇

AND NO, IT’S NOT TOO EARLY! yesterday was all about huge design improvements on ShipDesk today? back to marketing! one of the easiest things you can do as a solo founder to build brand awareness is create Instagram, Threads, and Facebook accounts. connect them through Instagram, and you can publish content across all three with just a few clicks more reach, less effort as indie hackers, we spend so much time building our SaaS products that we sometimes forget people actually need to discover them 💀 i’ve got a little marketing tactic planned for ShipDesk using these platforms… let’s see if it brings some clicks, new users, or even paying customers 👀 i’ll share the results once i have some data! what are you building right now, and how are you marketing it? let’s share some ideas hehe👇

I REBUILT THE ENTIRE SHIPDESK DASHBOARD FOR MOBILE 🚀 time for my daily video updateeeeeeeeeee this time, i wanted it to feel like a real native app, not just a website on your phone. here's what's new: → bottom navigation bar, just like a real app → big blue + button in the middle to launch your startup → profile picture opens settings and sign out → completely redesigned mobile dashboard → smooth, fast, and fully optimized for phones and the best part? you can now launch your SaaS, web app, iOS, Android, or Mac app directly from your phone, including uploading screenshots! no laptop needed 👀 as a solo developer building in public, making ShipDesk better for indie hackers and solo founders is becoming my daily obsession hahaha everything now feels smooth and seamless on mobile. fellow indie hackers, i'm curious... do you manage your startups from your phone, or are you 100% laptop people? 💀

good morning builders! 🍂 another gray autumn day outside hahaha coffee tastes amazing and it’s time to lock in for the next 8 hours and get things done!! but honestly, i can’t wait for the weekend. just 2 more days 😭 i’ve been working every single day for 4 weeks straight, building ShipDesk, shipping features, and trying to grow as a solo founder. and i think i’m getting dangerously close to burnout 💀 so this weekend i’m planning to take BOTH days off. no coding, no SaaS, no checking analytics every 5 minutes hahaha sometimes even indie hackers need to recharge. anyways, one more productive day ahead! how are you doing today? 👀
