After ‘04 coup in Haiti, 🇺🇸 outsourced the repression to 🇧🇷 to avoid the criticism of the empire killing poor Haitian kids. Then tasked 🇨🇦 who refused. So 🇰🇪🇹🇩 & now 🇸🇻 stepped in. The new colonialism is paying Global South POC countries to become the face of Western imperialism.
