Positive classroom management starts with personal life management! - And mental health is the most important thing anyone should manage in their own personal life.
Regularity is for bowel movements, not staff meetings. If you don’t have anything important to say, cancel your staff meeting and send an email.
Peloton claims 92% of their customers are still using their product after one year….how is it that all of my friends are the in the 8%? Literally.
The couple sitting next to me on this plane just wiped down their seats, tray tables, seatbelts and monitors with alchohol wipes - I just ate a jelly bean off the floor that dropped out of my bag!
It makes me sad when a teacher assistant says “I’m just a para” when they introduce themselves to me…we CANNOT do our jobs without support staff. They are the backbones of our schools. No one is “just” anything on your staff. Make sure your support staff feel encouraged & loved.

Just flew 2 hours next to an unaccompanied 5 year old minor on @SouthwestAir She spllled three drinks, dropped a bag a watermelon all over the lady next to her and refused to stay in her seat. Should not be allowed!!! Just saying.
