We are currently investigating an issue with our API affecting our mobile, desktop, and web customers. We're working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible. We will provide another update by 9 am Pacific Time if the issue is not resolved.

@kennyempey Sorry about that! If you reload the app now, you (or the account admin) can go to your Organization Settings and toggle on the Chat option so it again appears in your account.

This issue should be resolved now—can you refresh and let us know if it's working for you now?

Some pages are completely new so we don’t have an older page to link to. More content will be up soon to fill those empty spots! 🥳
