Real-world assets need real infrastructure.
Introducing GetLiquid: the capital-formation layer for private credit, connecting originators and capital providers for real estate, structured and settled on @arc.

We could've gone the tokenization route.
There are a lot of opportunities in private credit that don't require that.
Meet Christopher Miller, our co-founder and Chief Operating Officer.
Building a marketplace takes coordination across people, partners, and processes.
Chris brings experience running businesses and growing teams to that work, helping turn our plans into practical progress.

Before a capital provider moves money into digital dollars, they need a clear answer to a basic question:
Who holds it?
That’s one reason we’re building with @circle's Digital Asset Accounts at GetLiquid.
Businesses can offer accounts under their own brand, with $USDC and $EURC held in segregated custody managed by Circle. Circle also handles specified onboarding, screening, and transaction monitoring.
The distinction matters: @getliquid_io provides the marketplace experience. Circle provides the custody infrastructure.
These are digital asset accounts, not bank accounts, and they are not deposit-insured.
My view is that adoption starts with making those responsibilities clear. Capital providers need to understand where their assets sit, who controls them, and how they can move them.
That clarity has to come before the conversation about speed.
Meet Ted Haberfield, our Head of Capital Markets.
Ted’s career has involved advising both companies and investors. That experience brings a valuable perspective to a marketplace built to connect originators with capital providers.
This is everything we stand for.
It should not feel like you’re using crypto. It should feel seamless.
Funding a wallet should not send users out of your app.
In this Onramp Kit walkthrough, see how developers can embed USDC funding directly into their product with:
→ A server-created onramp session
→ A hosted widget inside the app
→ Built-in identity verification
→ Debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay support
→ Lifecycle events for funding status
Your server mints the session. Your app mounts the widget. Users fund with USDC without leaving the flow.
We’re thrilled to announce that GetLiquid has been chosen as a Circle Grant recipient!
GetLiquid is bringing private credit onchain, connecting loan originators and investors through real estate loan participations powered by USDC settlement on Arc.
Circle is helping bring the global economy onchain with USDC and a set of developer-first tools designed to make building with digital dollars easy, secure, and scalable.
With Circle’s support, we’re excited to accelerate what we’re building—unlocking new possibilities through fast, cost-efficient, and interoperable onchain experiences.

@getliquid_io describes private credit as a $3.5 trillion market that still runs on spreadsheets, emails, and fragmented portals. Chris Miller, COO of GetLiquid, and Mark Napolitano, Blockchain Architect of the GetLiquid team, join my virtual studio to break down how they're bringing real estate lending onchain with @arc and digital asset accounts.
GetLiquid uses digital asset accounts to help eligible originators and capital providers convert fiat to @USDC and move funds, avoiding the need to purchase on an exchange
Private credit still runs on spreadsheets.
We sat down with @BuildOnCircle on how GetLiquid is changing that for real estate lending.
Thank you @samconnerone and the Circle team for the support.
GetLiquid says the $3.5T private credit market still runs on spreadsheets.
Chris Miller & Mark Napolitano of @getliquid_io on how they're bringing real estate lending with Arc.
Meet Max Snider, our Head of Private Credit Product.
Max brings the perspective of someone who works directly in private lending.
His experience at LendBridge Capital informs how he approaches the tools we’re building for originators.

The technology was never the most interesting part.
The real question was: what can it actually improve?
For me, the answer wasn’t another speculative asset. It was using blockchain infrastructure to make established financial markets more transparent and efficient.
That shift in perspective eventually led me to private credit, and to building @getliquid_io

Private credit doesn’t lack opportunity or capital, it has a connection problem.
This connection problem is what @getliquid_io is trying to solve by building the bridge that fills the gap; one private marketplace where originators can present structured opportunities and approved capital providers can discover, fund, settle and track them.
Institutional finance on the surface, @circle and @arc infrastructure in the background, making it all work perfectly as designed.

A private credit deal can be worth millions and still depend on a chain of emails to move forward.
That’s the friction @getliquid_io is working to address.
Built on @Arc with Circle infrastructure, it’s developing a marketplace that connects lenders originating deals with eligible capital providers, bringing discovery, funding, settlement and reporting into a shared workflow.
The interesting part is where blockchain sits: underneath the experience, supporting the infrastructure while the interface stays familiar.
Soon to be publicly live on Arc mainnet.

Big week for GetLiquid. Arc mainnet is live, and our first originator and investor cohorts are moving through production onboarding.
- @arc mainnet is live. We’re in a controlled launch with an initial cohort of approved originators and investors, with broader access as the first settled transactions come through.
- Circle production access is live, so we can run real KYB and wallet flows with USDC settlement on Arc.
- Our first cohorts are onboarded and through KYB. Once Circle KYB approval lands, they’ll be able to test their first deals on GetLiquid on Arc mainnet.
- We’re hardening the path from approval → deal → participation → funding and settlement before we open the gate wider.
If you originate private credit or allocate into it, reach out.
