Welcome to Kisoro🤣🤣🤣🤣😅😅
last evening, a fellow tweep gave me company as we booked accommodation to discuss national corruption challenge & how Balaam is fighting it
on checking in, they asked for a marriage certificate, i thought it was a joke until we were tossed out, imagine being denied accommodation coz u dnt have a marriage certificate, never been disrespected like this
I love the response throughout our Kigezi region. The cooperation from the wanainchi was on point. We continue to mobilize those who remained in their houses to join the cause next time.

Truck drivers heading to neighbouring Rwanda and the Democractic Republic of Rwanda have joined residents in observing today's National Cleaning Day after their journey was interrupted by the mandatory community cleaning exercise in Muhanga Town Council, Rukiga District.
The drivers, who had been racing against time to cross the border, parked their trucks and embraced the initiative by taking part in the cleaning alongside local residents. Business operations remain suspended, with shops closed and police maintaining a visible presence to ensure compliance as the exercise continues from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Local Sustainable Communities Organisation (LOSCO) is holding a stakeholders' engagement meeting at Satellite Holiday Resort in Rukiga District to discuss the barriers affecting access to Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) among poor and marginalised communities in the Kigezi sub-region.
The meeting, held under the theme, "Breaking Barriers: Promoting Inclusive SRHR Access for the Poor and Marginalised in Kigezi," brings together stakeholders from the health, justice, community development, and human rights sectors to discuss challenges and identify solutions for improving equitable access to SRHR services.
We wish both of them the best in their new assignments.

RATIONALISATION OF GOV'T EXPENDITURE:
The PSST Dr @rggoobi has said that effective next FY 2026/27, @GovUganda will not spend money on organising public functions (public holidays) including: Women's day,Labour day,Independence day etc). He says money will only be spent on the few religious functions.
According to Dr.Ggoobi,H.E the President @KagutaMuseveni will address Ugandans on Radio and Television from State House, adding that the money saved will be used to finance the priorities of Gov't (ATMS & Enablers).

If a family business /Property is owned jointly by parents who are now experiencing misunderstandings,
what fair and practical steps can they take to divide the business equally and ensure both parties feel respected in the process?
