I was speaking about this just this morning. Things are going to get worse before they get better.
as bad as things have gotten in the past 4 days, they are going to get a lot worse before they get better. security leaders, never let a crisis go to waste: please go to your boards and ask for help right now. not for ai, for the basics. (we need to hold on for ~18 months.)

This energy 👌
You will never see what you're capable of from the comfort of your warm bed. Go. Fight. Win. And cast a shadow so fucking big that all your doubt and fears shrink into irrelevance. Doubt and fear always exist. You just need your goals and dreams to be bigger.

This is a small goldmine.
We have built 10 different AI products at PostHog like PostHog AI, our Wizard, Replay Vision, Scouts, and more. Combined, they are used by nearly 100k people every month. Along the way, we’ve learned a lot about building them, what works, and what doesn’t. Here are the 38 most important lessons:

I asked Devin to evaluate my output over the last two weeks. It thinks my output is conservatively 10x what it was pre-AI tooling. 10x is now the norm.
As most of you, I live in my coding agent interfaces now. I achieve at least 10x the output of what I could've done coding myself and I love this. I work on ideas I wouldn't have dared to work on just a year ago. Write code in languages I am not familiar with and still feel good about the results. And despite all of this, the amount of thought and polish that is needed to create something amazing hasn't changed at all.

For more context, I'm working on a production agentic workflow that contains multiple branches with LLM powered decision making (slow + expensive). With Jev @typesafeai, our evals show the flow is ~55% more accurate and ~25% faster 👀

There’s more truth to this than most people realise.
Only slightly exaggerated.

Anyone else using @SparkMailApp find it incredibly slow on iOS recently?

While on vacation I was car shopping, and thought it would be cool to have a car-check app but with an AI spin. You don't just get data in a big report, you get advice on what to do with it. So I built it! 🎉 If you're buying used cars in the UK, check it out! motorverdict.co.uk

“Build and operate with strong edge-case detection, great testing frameworks, pre-mortems, and with intense heads down focus. Write down a plan, test it in your head, and sprint. Things are often possible in insanely fast timelines.”

A lot of this resonates with my own experiences. I quit a stable full time job with a young family to go and build Lemon Squeezy. Rewards don’t come without the risks.
No one alerted me at 40. So I'm alerting you. (Bookmark, take notes, tell your friends) 1. When you turn 40 you'll see the difference between those who took risks and those who didn't.

Snagged myself a proper icon the other day. Short of an R34, this is *the* defining car of the Fast & Furious era. I’ve wanted one of these since I was a teenager 👌

Supercar ownership has been much more rewarding than I expected. Sure the driving experience is a tonne of fun. But the joy it brings other people is what has surprised me most. Random conversations in car parks with like minded folks has been an unexpected upside of owning a car like this 👌
