Are we finally brave enough to say that SOTR is the worst Hunger Games book and that it being hamfisted fanservice was a direct result of readers being deliberately obtuse about The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes which was actually fantastic?

Look. When I say I enjoyed SOTR, I always add the caveat that I enjoyed it due to bias. I love the characters. But objectively, that book is a mess and a character assassination of Haymitch who was always my favorite in the og trilogy.

Maysilee carried that book on her back. She was the best part of it by far. When I say anything negative about SOTR, I do not mean her. She's wonderful, we love her, and she deserved to be in a better book.

Code Geass is a genuine masterpiece in how it balances camp, a massive and fully fleshed out cast, comedy, drama, action, and a tightly written story. It's so ridiculous in the same breath as having more to say than most modern fiction about similar topics. IDK MAN.

"I have to plan a school festival and a coup d'etat." - Lelouch Vi Britannia, disgraced son of the crown, masked leader of the rebellion and also vice president of his high school student council.

I didn鈥檛 go to that show but I comforted myself in that I was sure there would be another rock tour. I was so stupid. I hate being alive in a world where I can鈥檛 see Eat Me performed live. That album is a work of art and I mourn Rock Demi every day

I'm currently watching a popular shounen anime that is Not Good at all but for some reason, I keep clicking the next episode. It's so bizarre. The media equivalent of a McDonald's chicken nugget. It tastes like nothing but I can't stop.

My most toxic trait is that I dream of playing Aaron Burr in Hamilton and I鈥檓 delusional enough to think I鈥檇 kill it. Mind you, I have no acting experience. Or theater beyond being an Oompa Loompa in the 7th grade.

lrt We rightfully give Dolly her flowers for being a philanthropist and an overall exceptional human being, but goddamn, she was also just a force and an absolute legend in music. This is such a devastating loss.

This video of Dolly Parton covering Stairway to Heaven is going around. Here's a higher quality version for you to enjoy. RIP to the Queen of Country and an absolute angel on Earth.

Fate/Grand Order truly has range because parts of it are a masterclass in storytelling and other parts of it are an absolute affront to God.
