i'd honestly like to see how many of those takedown requests github pushed back on, that number says more than the total

Government takedown stats belong next to maintainer phishing reports. The quiet win is publishing request volume without handing out the targeted repos' private contacts. Are the redacted categories bucketed so nobody can reverse who got hit?

Publishing government takedown stats alongside the 2026 state open-source legislation recap makes the transparency report more useful. Across the latest requests, what share did you push back on or only partially comply with, versus fulfill exactly as asked?

the takedown nobody plans for is a repo your package.json pulls straight from git. CI just goes red one morning
