BREAKING: My office received a whistleblower disclosure revealing Trump allegedly ordered the FBI to investigate and arrest protesters in Los Angeles who were criticizing the Administration’s mass deportation agenda. FBI analysts found no evidence these protesters committed a crime or posed a threat.
These allegations are deeply alarming: Using the FBI to target Americans for exercising their First Amendment rights directly undermines our nation’s foundational values.
I won’t rest until we get answers.

For example, an ICE administrative arrest warrant such as Form I-200 or I-205 generally does not give ICE authority to enter the nonpublic interior of someone’s home without consent. A judicial warrant signed by a judge can provide entry authority when its legal requirements are satisfied.
