@SouthwestAir has become an absolute dumpster fire over night. Not only have they gone the route of Nicole and dimming passengers, but with the new assigned seating groups it’s made it a frantic nightmare with over head luggage.
Everyone’s bag is on a different part of the plane and as soon as the seatbelt sign goes off it’s a friggin rugby scrum. Broken any trust with its passengers. #Southwest is not worth it at all anymore
