Project Agreement with MSC and Cargill Quoting the analyst at Shore Cap today: "We are highly encouraged to see this agreement being signed with MSC, the largest shipping company in the world, and Cargill, one of the largest private companies in the world by revenue. We are hopeful that it will lead to a long-term commercial agreement between the parties, which could generate annual high-margin revenues for Quadrise comfortably in excess of its current enterprise value. MSC currently consumes close to 10m tonnes of fuel oil annually and we believe Quadrise could charge c.$50 per tonne for licensing its technology." Total revenue opportunity of circa $500m per annum, just from this one customer. Assume QED's fuels achieve peak sales of ~10% of MSC's annual fuel consumption, and you get to SC's target. Then consider all of the other shipping companies - the remaining >80% of the global shipping market not held by MSC. A major, major development for £40m mkt cap AIM company. Despite the 61% jump in the share price over the past 2 sessions, it's straightforward to see how this could be going significantly higher in the coming months.
