Player Development. It’s not just practice.

1/ Thread...A few thoughts on Player Development and what we have done at College of Central Florida. The term "Player Development" is sometimes taken for granted and just shrugged off as "coach speak" without the meaning of what exactly you are doing when it comes to PD...

The phoniest fakest dude in politics. The man who changed his name, appearance, religion, dress and positions in a cynically calculated way to advance himself based on what he thought he needed to do in the moment.

I've been in politics for a quarter century. It's hard to express how staggering it is to see a conversation like this on corporate US media. The Morning Joe panel gobsmacked by the directness of @AbdulElSayed's points. (clip via @DropSiteNews)

Our top hitter this fall is a player we identified and recruited at the 2024 Juco Super Showcase. Balint Piros is from Hungary. And he came to the showcase. Was an all conference player for us last year as a freshman. Great to see him on a combine and three games.

America held elections for centuries. Then…a lifelong con artist lost one, screamed RIGGED, and millions of people decided democracy was broken instead of considering that the asshole simply LOST.

This is Ken Paxton's mugshot.            He was indicted on 3 felony counts for fraud. He enriched himself by $27 million in public office. He was reported to the FBI by his own staff for bribery. He was impeached by his own party for corruption. Tomorrow, we will stop him.

Miguel Useche last night in the AFL (in a game in which he caught) 3-5 (3 2Bs) | 2 BB - 0 Ks | 5 RBIs 104.3, 101.5, and 96.7 mph EVs on the 3 doubles. The I-Cubs are going to have 3 real intriguing catchers next season in Owen Ayers, Ariel Armas, and Miguel Useche.

Fox: Why are you here this morning? Trump rally attendee: Well, in the late 70s, I was a little too young to go to South America for the Jonestown Massacre. But this is as close as I'll ever get, so that's why I'm here. There's nothing like seeing a cult right up front.
