🚨 BIG SIGNING ALERT! 🚨
✍️ We are absolutely thrilled to announce that 27-year-old goalkeeper James Goff is officially a Stamford AFC player! 🧤🔒
James brings elite pedigree to our backline, having risen through the Northampton Town academy to earn a senior pro contract in EFL League Two.
Since then, he has had spells at Lincoln United, Spalding, and St Ives, before anchoring the defence for the last 3 years at St Neots Town FC. 🧱
Welcome to the family Goffy! 🙌🔴🔴

Over the moon to reach 100 consecutive games. Gutted we couldn’t get the win but it’s a good clean sheet away from home. We go again🧤💙 @StNeotsTownFC
Its a point on the road after a goalless draw at @LboroStudentsFC and a clean sheet on his 100th consecutive appearance for @goffj99
James retweeted
If, as expected, @goffj99 takes his place between the sticks this afternoon, this will be his 100th consecutive appearance for the Saints.
A quite remarkable feat for any player, especially a goalkeeper.
Well done Goffy, keep chalking them off mate 👏👏👏👏👏
