Swift and meaningful action is crucial for the mental well-being of health and care professionals who deserve to thrive in their workplace.
If not, we risk losing them to other professions.
Only by caring for staff can they fully care for us.

Great study. One way that NHS managers can pay attention to enabling intrinsic motivation is to run @PointofCareFdn #SchwartzRounds which help healthcare staff to feel less isolated, improve teamworking and normalise sharing of the strong emotions experienced working in the NHS.
