I met the Czech Ambassador to Ghana: H.E. Mr. Pavel Bílek , Director of Claims and Recoveries Rene Jakl and a team from Knights this morning at my office . Discussions centred on the stalled 50 Czech Bridges program. We made good progress towards completing the bridges.

ROADS UPDATE
Earlier today, Hon Kwame Agbodza met with the World Bank Regional Director for Infrastructure, Mr. Franz R. Dress-Cross, to discuss strategies for improving the country’s road network.
Their discussion focused on the Reintroduction of road tolls, Technical support for road contract management, De-capping of the Road Fund, Budgetary support for the Kumasi Urban Mobility and Accessibility Project (KUMAP) and government’s Priority projects.
Hon Agbodza emphasized the Ministry's focus on road maintenance this year. He also reaffirmed government’s commitment to constructing 12 key road projects under the “BIG PUSH” Initiative which is President Mahama's vision towards enhancing road interconnectivity across the country.

My father, Yagbonwura Bii-Kunuto Jewu Soale I, has led a delegation to officially congratulate me and VP @NJOAgyemang in my office in Accra.
The Yagbonwura was in Accra to participate in the inauguration ceremony at the Black Star Square in the company of other prominent chiefs and people from the Gonja Traditional Area.
I promised to Reset the Ghanaian economy and implement a transformative development agenda that benefits all corners of the country, while ensuring that infrastructure in the six new regions are also tackled.
