I often wonder if we overlook the impact Pekka Rinne had on the game. He was one of the first big goaltenders who could move like a guy 5-6 inches shorter ...

Shared this stat this morning on @1025TheGame...
#Preds goals per game w/ Johansen: 2.8. Without him? 1.33. In the 6 games w/o him, 4 games w/ 1 goal or less.
Goes to show the lack of depth. They can't afford to have one key injury, even if 92 only has 4 points in 10 games.

"There is enough talent on this roster that is not producing the way they should, and therefore you have to blame the coaches." says @GoverTime about Coach John Hynes and the #Preds Staff (55:53) spoti.fi/3k5u9Na #ForSmashville #NHL

The #Preds are currently closer to drafting in the top five than clinching a playoff spot
Here’s why they would be wise to start stockpiling draft capital & infuse their roster with some youth:

Fun #Preds chat with @govertime just now. We discuss if the team wants to be a playoff team, the time is right away. Also what's going on with Johansen, and if Rinne is past his due date. On this weeks @jablamsports #Hockey
Just got off a call with @russian98 talkin' #Preds. Show should drop tomorrow.
Thanks for having me on, Peter.

The @PredsNHL may be postponed but that didn’t stop @Skillsy75 from playing his own 🤦🏻♂️🤣 #NoStick | @JackDaniels_US

Tonight’s game between the @PredsNHL and @DallasStars has been postponed due to the weather-related State of Emergency that remains in effect in Dallas. A make-up date will be announced as soon as it can be confirmed. bit.ly/2ZmxGwN

Residents of #Nashville, #Antioch, #Murfreesboro and surrounding areas - BE ON THE LOOKOUT for this trailer belonging to Troop 275 (Austin's Troop). It was stolen from the area of Murfreesboro Road and Briley Parkway. If you see it please call @MNPDNashville! Thx!

Just had a media only, closed door meeting with @AdamVingan @justinbbradford @SCSOTF and with all due respect I can’t say what was said exactly, but we are going to start holding ourselves accountable

We have reached the "media is to blame for this #Preds mess" portion of the evening.
This falls somewhere in between Josi is a bad captain and the players got paid so they don't care anymore.

Ryan Ellis on #Preds consistent early deficits: “That’s something that, without a doubt, we need to clean up in our game. It’s like we don’t want to play until we’re down and we’re chasing... It’s unacceptable. There’s no excuse for that but not being ready.”

If you missed @AdamVingan on @1025TheGame this AM... you need to listen.
He would have #Preds trade Granlund, Haula, Richardson & Ekholm at the deadline. He would then offer pick(s) and either Johansen or Duchene to Seattle.
Yeah... you need to listen.

“If I had the answer to the riddle at this point, I think we’d be able to solve it”
The #Preds called a players-only meeting after last night’s loss. How bad are things in Nashville?
