They went straight to it, with complete foreknowledge of its location ... then stopped looking for more.

In light of @SteveBakerUSA’s new CCTV video which appears to exonerate Brian Cole Jr, I sent a letter to @FBIDirectorKash & DOJ today, requesting they immediately review the video, release Mr. Cole, and conduct a J6 pipe bomb investigation to include police & other officials.

According to the defense motion and interrogation transcript, yes. Cole told agents everything was blank and "it’s just a little too much to process." Agents supplied key details like where he parked and what he carried, which he later confirmed. Defense describes him stimming by repeatedly chanting denials while alone in the room.

Massive concession: Los Angeles election officials just told a federal court they have no independent way to verify citizenship beyond what voters attest. (They simply take their word for it.) Under federal law, only citizens may vote in federal elections. Yet California has not acted on the list of 20,000 suspected noncitizens or agreed to set aside their ballots. American citizens’ votes are being diluted in California.

A handful of people with no badge, no budget and no subpoena power did what the entire FBI could not be bothered to do… they sat with Congress's own grainy Capitol Police CCTV for thousands of hours and found Brian Cole Jr. walking on the northwest side of the Capitol at the same time the real bomber was placing devices on the southeast side. And within a day the critics showed up right on schedule screaming AI, doctored timestamps, altered video, bad quality, anything but the actual question.
Here is the reality. Those videos came from Congress, not from Steve Baker, and they sit uncut and unaltered on Congress's own Rumble channel straight off the Capitol Police cameras, so anybody who wants to call it fake can go pull it themselves. Most of them won't, because doing the work was never the point for them… protecting the narrative is.
Now keep in mind what else came out. Brian's grandmother Loretta called Steve and said the jacket he is wearing in that video is the exact jacket she bought him at Kohl's for Christmas two weeks earlier, which is why the tag is still hanging off it, and she paid for it with her Kohl's card. The FBI could pull that purchase record in an afternoon if it actually wanted to know the truth. Do you think they will? And Kyle Seraphin was on the FBI surveillance team sent to a person of interest's home in this very case, so spare me the line that these guys are amateurs who don't know what they are looking at.
Meanwhile Jeanine Pirro went on TV and told the country this case is "SOLID, as solid as they get," Bongino took his victory lap, and a young autistic man has been locked up since he was arrested last December. I am angry about it, and if you are not angry about it you are not paying attention. How is it even possible that a grandmother with a store receipt and a couple of guys with a Rumble link are doing more real investigative work than the Bureau and the DOJ combined?
It doesn't matter whose team runs the building, the building protects itself first, and an innocent man becomes collateral damage so nobody has to admit they grabbed the wrong guy.

The early round of critics, liars, and disinfo bots are variously accusing us of: changing timestamps, altering the videos, using AI, or even criticizing us for the poor quality of the video. Well … guess what … they too can go see it all themselves. Uncut and unaltered at the Congressional website on Rumble, straight from the @CapitolPolice and Congress’s crappy CCTV cameras. (Blame them, not me or @accabbat.) We did the hard work. And if they bothered to do the same, they’d learn how difficult this process is, and how many thousands of man hours it took to produce what we’ve publicly presented over the last three and a half years since Congress made these videos available.

The Brian Cole Jr prosecution is the perfect illustration of how the deep state actually runs the show, not the duly elected President of the U.S. It operates as a super structure above our executive branch and they planted 2 fake “pipe b0mb$” during Trump’s first term in order to portray Jan 6 Trump supporters as armed and violent.
Now instead of exposing the bureaucracy that planted fake devices, rather, the Trump DOJ is covering up for the same bureaucracy that attempted to sabotage him during his first term by trying to frame an innocent man named Brian Cole Jr.
This makes absolutely no sense, UNLESS you look at it through the above aforementioned lens, that the president of the U.S. does NOT actually “run the show” over the executive branch intel agencies.
