GRANATE IV REGIÓN 🇦🇹🇦🇹🇦🇹🇦🇹

After retiring permanently from the stage in 1997, bassist John Deacon chose to sever all direct personal contact with Roger Taylor and Brian May. His voluntary estrangement led the active members of Queen to manage the band’s legacy while respecting his firm desire to remain secluded, handling all operational matters exclusively through legal and accounting intermediaries. Despite his deliberate isolation and lack of face-to-face communication, Deacon maintains his status as a partner in the band’s companies, retaining his right to vote on whether to approve or veto major projects. Brian May has confirmed in various interviews that, although the bassist has repeatedly declined invitations to join meetings or tours, his legal consent remains indispensable for finalizing multimillion-dollar contracts and licensing agreements for the band’s catalog. Deacon’s pragmatic stance reflects the technical and reserved nature that has always characterized him within the group.
