The contrast between @Tracey_utv interviews with Michelle O’Neill on the Garvaghy road and Carla Lockhart’s interview yesterday was extraordinary. Michelle faced relentless, at times seemingly agitated questioning, while Lockhart enjoyed a calm, almost friendly chat with time and space to make her points.
So where is the impartiality? Why the relentless scrutiny of one politician and the comfortable platform for another?
Is Tracy Magee applying the same journalistic standards to both, or are viewers witnessing selective scrutiny?

So, Nolan claims he can’t talk about an actual explosives factory being uncovered… (erm, he can)
But happy to talk ad nauseam about the “possibility” of guns & explosives on Garvaghy Road.
Anyone who thinks media-framing doesn’t influence our politics here is delusional.
Well there you go folks.....
When @StephenNolan @bbcradioulster is asked by a caller about the huge find of explosive devices, detonators, stun guns on the Shankill....
Response:
"Thats a live case, we won't discuss that"
There you go 🙄

That is another appalling case, 4 murdered by RUC-UVF agents. Victim families denied truth & perpetrators inc RUC invol protected. Only reason PSNI paying damages is their complicity. Rule of Law doesn't run when killers are state protected. So much BS of Drumcree

Former Rep. Andy Levin on why AIPAC spent against him: "I committed the cardinal sin of saying that the only hope for freedom and security and peace for my people in the Holy Land, the Jewish people, is to fully realize the political and human rights of the Palestinian people"

Must be amazing to live in a country where the politicians can speak fluently about what they believe without needing to refer to notes.

🚨 𝗢𝗛 𝗛𝗬𝗘𝗢𝗡-𝗚𝗬𝗨: "𝗜 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗧𝗜𝗖 𝗦𝗢 𝗠𝗨𝗖𝗛!"
Former Celtic striker Oh Hyeon-gyu has been reflecting on his time in Glasgow ahead of tomorrow night's return to Celtic Park, admitting the club will always hold a special place in his heart.
🗣️ "I came here as a young boy with a dream.
"It was sometimes hard for me, sometimes good for me. I have got good memories here. I always be grateful for everything and the fans.
"If I score, maybe I will cry.
"I learned a lot about my position from Kyogo Furuhashi and Adam Idah.
"It was a hard time for me because I didn't play a lot, sometimes I played, sometimes I did not.
"In my last season here, I didn't play for the last six months so it was a hard time for me.
"But I'm very happy to be back here because I love Celtic so much. It has a special place in my heart."
Some lovely words from Oh, who clearly still has a tremendous amount of affection for Celtic and the supporters despite the difficulties he faced during his time at the club.

Politely asking questions like:
“Are you full of shit?”
And
“Are you a jihadi?”
That last one is plain racism, btw.
There goes your hero.

You need to look at how 'holier than thou' Matthews behaved in the run up to this. I'm. Surprised Sayed managed to avoid punching him.

So many in the british media today commenting on this small clip, and drawing conclusions about El-Sayed's character and/or career prospects. No consideration or explanation of context.
No wonder our country is in trouble if this is our media.

He'd spent months harassing El-Sayed behaving like the worst sort of tabloid journalist. El-Sayed had more important things to do than waste his time on a UK journalist when he was still working to get the votes in.

James Matthew was behaving exactly like a British media hack. The hack got his comeuppance from Al-Sayed. Matthew was hoping to talk to Roger’s. He will have to wait 6 years !
