It appears that a scammer has bought the greenerleith.org URL that used to be our website, and has replaced it with a fake, elaborate clickbait site. This new website has nothing to do with the soon-to-be defunct Greener Leith charity or its members.
As many of you will know, after 10 years Greener Leith is in the final stages of dissolution as an active charity and registered company. Since starting, multiple other groups are now active - community councils, friends of parks, and more. It is the end of an era for us.
At the moment, this site appears to only make money through clickbait advertising, and does not ask people for money directly, but that could change, so we advise you do not interact with it or provide it with any personal information through following signing up links.

A increasingly rare #communityenergy good news story.
Iona's heat network will save over 150t of CO2e/year, the equivalent of taking 68 cars off the road – not bad for a population of only 177! scene.community/blog2/scotti…
