Photos are 11 months apart at age 29, after 13 years of hair loss. Treatments were 11 months on minoxidil, 9 on HRT, and 6 on dutasteride (preceded by 6 weeks of finasteride). HRT consisted of 10 mg IM estradiol valerate twice a month and 50 mg spironolactone daily. They started microneedling in the final month. Test went from 900 to 3! They were a NW4 at 23 and NW5 by 25. It's never over.
