Friday was WOL Circle #3. Only 3 of us due to dodgy connectivity. Everyone seems very focused on their goal, it’s inspiring!
Great WOL Circle meeting #2. Amazing how the conversations on ‘contributions’ has already had the effect of both attuning our attention on our goals, and on deepening the WOL Circle relationships. And it’s still only week 2👍
Postponed WOL Circle 2 back to Monday, but had great reflection on Week 1. Also discussed amazing work of Peter Gollwitzer on ‘Action Triggers’ and ‘Implementation Intentions’. Invaluable for embedding good Learning habits in CRS!
Last week's MEAL Summit in Ghana saw possible start of collaboration with Peace Corps volunteers on evaluative thinking in communities.
