@deutschetelekom heya is it normal that random Telekom technicians come to the house “to check the cables” and knock on everyone’s door without an appointment or did our building just get “cased” by a random man? We did not allow entry to our flat.

@UPS_DE heya! Check your messages again plz. You sent me the wrong code. The wrong package in the flex box it’s not like so I put it back in the box. What is going on with your system? Please help.
Like they send me the code for the wrong package so I put it back in the flex box - now service refused to answer for their mistake - I wanna make sure the other persons package is taken care of.
As would need not only the tracking number but also the number at the bottom of the delivery slip. Don’t have one of those either. So it doesn’t work even after contacting all senders. None have a code. And apparently ups can’t get one either 🫠🤪😭 so my packets are trapped…
ANYTHING- 😭😭😭ups has wasted 3 hours of my life today, I’ve cried, I stood in front of the box flex on the phone for 40+ minutes with my fingers frozen and I still have no packets, no codes, and no idea if any of those wasted calls produced anything...
@UPS_DE what a nightmare today. Ordered a bunch of Vinted over holiday to be delivered to a local boxflex - however it’s a chaos. Packets are in the box - but I don’t have a code, call ups - first lady lies and tells me the sender has a code. - nope. Can’t get a code online…
Community notes is failing. Between so many people leaving X and this app becoming a right wing echo chamber. They might need to find a new system or just hire a team of fact checkers. Without enough varied viewpoints, the way they’ve set up notes can’t work anymore 🫠
