Correction to the previous tweet: Don Oriolo, Joe's son who owned Felix at the time, had worked on previous Gummibär songs. The duet was made possible due to the creator of Gummibär having helped along with Joe Oriolo on the production of 'Felix the Cat: The Movie'.
In 2008, Gummibär released his duet single "You Know It's Christmas" with Felix the Cat, a character that Joe Oriolo owned the rights to and produced some Gummibär songs.
After being delisted from streaming platforms, the full duet was lost for years until it was finally found.
