Can future clinical trajectories in AML already be read at diagnosis?
We assembled single-cell multi-omics data from 184 AML patients across all known subtypes, linked to deep clinical outcome data. 🧵

So happy to see this finally out in @NatureCellBio! Co-led with @FloGrunschlager and Tamar Nizharadze, we show how lineage-biased HSC states are organized, how self-renewal divisions can shift HSC states, and how strongly these lineage biases are shaped by extrinsic demands.

We demonstrated its applicability to:
· Track CAR-T & bispecific Ab dynamics
· Predict immunotherapy responses
· Map organ-wide immune cell networks post-viral infection
· Uncover pathogenic interactions in human disease phenotypes
