After both sides fantastic league form continued the weekend just gone, the Club now turns it focus onto Cup action with just the one game lined up this weekend.
The Reserves have the week off with no league or cup action for them as they continue to gear themselves up for their upcoming local derby against @Chesterton_FC MBLS Reserves the following week.
This will now be followed up by an updated fixture in the calendar for the boys in the form of a trip away to Division Two side @StonesfieldFC Reserves in the Jack Busby Memorial Trophy on the 21st of November.

Despite being stripped to the bare bones today, the Firsts managed to secure the three points with a 2-1 victory over @HanboroughFC at Lower Heyford to pick themselves up and keep them amongst the top of the table.

The Reserves carried on their relentless form with a thumping 5-0 victory over @towerhillfc Reserves away from home to see them maintain their place at the top of the table.

MATCHDAY! Two big games ahead for our two teams today as the Firsts look to get back on the winning trail while the Reserves aim to maintain their strong start to the season!
The Reserves have the bit between their teeth after a fantastic run of recent form and will be hoping to continue that today with their trip to @towerhillfc Reserves. A couple of disappointing results against today’s opponents last season should up the ante for the lads as well!

Both sides have been flying so far this season with the support we’ve gathered already, so for anyone wishing to continue support either set of lads, feel free to join us at either game today!

Unfortunately the winning run comes to an end for the Firsts but not without putting up a fight and brilliant battling performance at home today with them falling short 2-1 at home to @StonesfieldFC
The Reserves rose to the task at hand for them today as they put @MoretonRangers Development to the sword with a resounding 3-0 victory away from home this afternoon!

MATCHDAY! A big day of action for the club today as both teams have big fixtures to look forward to!
The Reserves will also be looking to turn around their fortunes from last season against today’s opponents, as they travel to Moreton Rangers Development, having set themselves up nicely with a good run of results recently, bagging plenty of goals along the way.

It’s a wet and windy Saturday but there’s nothing better to look forward to on a day like this than competitive football, so if you’re free this afternoon, feel free to join us at either fixture and cheers the boys on!

On the subject of fixtures, we have a number of cup ties that are coming up for both sides as the club looks forward to potentially good cup runs this season!

Frustratingly for the Reserves, there’s only one cup fixture they have to look forward to at this moment in time due to them receiving a bye in the Preliminary Round of the Jack Busby Trophy.
They do have a mouthwatering tie to look forward to in The Oxfordshire Trophy as they get set to take on local rivals @Chesterton_FC Reserves on the 14th November.
