This video was 95% made by AI. The 5% is the part where I sit on camera and shoot. #Vestafi Wondering how I did it, comment VIDEO & I’ll share my full workflow.

First ever video from our in-house AI studio. Our smart brains at office have out this together. We shall compare with episode 100 and see the quality.

12 months ago, I used @docusend to create a document signing url for my users. Cost This week, AI helped build me the same exact tool, complete with signature capture, ID verification. The future of software seems f*cked!

Hate him or love him, but Gen @mkainerugaba has finally silenced political dialogue, a good thing for the business fraternity. This week, y’all were discussing the CBR, something we did not see in 2011 inflation madness. What a silver lining!!! 😊

Hot take: if you don't have 100 million dollars, government bonds are not built for you. A thin percentage on huge money is a fat cheque. A thin percentage on small money, minus inflation, minus the waiting, is a thin cheque.

Big money can afford to be patient. Small money must be productive. Ordinary money should chase assets that pay every month, like apartments. That's what Vestafi members do together. Link in my bio.

If you drive in Kampala, read this. 1 p.m. Broad daylight. Kisasi. Three boda guys, one after another, point at my tyre. By the third one, I got out of the car. That was the mistake. 🧵

What to do: • Someone signals a car problem and isn't a traffic officer? Don't stop. Drive to a petrol station. • Bumped in a quiet spot? Stay inside, doors locked. • Bought a used phone? Keep the receipt forever.

Anything with wheels can be taken from you in 10 seconds. An apartment can't. That's part of why Vestafi is built on things that stand still and earn. Link in my bio.

UGX 30M: buy a car for Uber, or put it into an apartment that hosts short-stay guests? I took it to the whiteboard. 🧵

The apartment: a 150M condo. Your 30M is one fifth of the price. If it earns 3M a month from short stays, one fifth is 600K a month. 12 months: about 7.2M, before costs. And the apartment doesn't depreciate like the car.

The car is a job. The apartment is an asset. Vestafi members contribute together toward apartments and share the rent. Link in my bio.

Save UGX 1M every month, no excuses, and you'll have 12M after a year. The cheapest decent condo apartment in Kampala is around 130M. That's almost 11 years of saving before that apartment pays you a single shilling of rent.

Old way: save alone, buy alone, wait alone. New way: own inside a society and let the rent start working now. That's Vestafi. Link in my bio.

Entering an Airbnb in Kampala? Before you unpack, switch off the light. Open a camera-detection app and scan slowly: the potted plants, the sockets, the mirrors. Some of these cameras are smaller than a fingernail. No host will confess. Check yourself.

Guests don't pay for beds. Beds are everywhere. They pay for trust. The apartments that earn rent every month are the ones people trust. That's what we build at Vestafi. Link in my bio.
