Playing Overwatch classic is like meeting up with your shitty ex for coffee and remembering how bad they used to treat you but you still end up wanting them more than your current shittier bf
Don’t worry about me just in tears because Overwatch classic just hit me with the old launch cinematic and suddenly it’s 2016 again and everything is right with the world
It's pretty obviously dumb to stream games before they release, but what really sucks is this violation fact pattern would be the best place for Nintendo to rally up some anti-emulation case law sentiments (to then use strategically in other less obviously egregious future cases)
The lawsuit alleges that Every Game Guru streamed 10 games before they came out and sent a letter to Nintendo "boasting” he had “a thousand burner channels” to stream from. bit.ly/4fj9LDZ
