⚠️ Update: Metrics indicate that internet connectivity on provider Skynet (Khersontelecom) in Russian-occupied Kherson, south Ukraine, has been partially restored and once again rerouted via Russia's Rostelecom and Miranda in Crimea instead of Ukrainian infrastructure.
