BUILD THE NEXT ERA. BUILD IT TOGETHER. The future of automotive begins long before a vehicle reaches the road. It takes shape in design studios, engineering teams, software development and the daily decisions made on the factory floor. Building that future calls for cooperation across the entire industry. The International Automotive Federation (IAF) invites manufacturers, suppliers, technology companies, testing organizations and service providers to connect their expertise through federation membership. Our shared ambition: advance quality, strengthen safety, support responsible innovation and bring the automotive community closer together. From intelligent production and electrification to connected vehicles and circular manufacturing, each field brings challenges that benefit from different perspectives. A production insight can improve a design. A testing result can guide development. A conversation can open the door to collaboration. Whether your company builds complete vehicles, develops a critical component or creates the technology behind tomorrow’s mobility, your experience belongs in this effort. Join IAF to contribute your perspective, exchange knowledge and help shape our industry’s direction. SHARED VISION. NEW POSSIBILITIES FOR AUTOMOTIVE. SAFER DRIVING STARTS WITH BETTER EVIDENCE. Every journey depends on how a vehicle performs when safety matters most: an unexpected obstacle, a sudden braking manoeuvre or a demanding road situation. As vehicle technologies evolve, safety assessment must examine how systems work together—and what happens when they reach their limits. IAF AUTOSAFE is a proposed Vehicle Testing, Assessment & Labelling System developed by the International Automotive Federation to support a structured, evidence-based approach to vehicle safety evaluation. Its ambition is to connect testing, assessment and clear communication of results, with attention to the vehicle configuration and conditions actually evaluated. For manufacturers, suppliers, technology developers and testing organizations, this is an invitation to contribute practical expertise to the future of automotive safety. We invite the industry to review the AUTOSAFE technical draft, challenge its proposed criteria and help identify the testing scenarios that matter for today’s vehicles and tomorrow’s mobility. Meaningful progress begins with clear questions, rigorous testing and evidence that can be examined. MEASURE SAFETY. GUIDE PROGRESS. Explore IAF AUTOSAFE and contribute your perspective. 🌐 iaf.com AUTOSAFE is currently a technical review draft; technical validation and formal adoption remain pending. #IAF #AUTOSAFE #AutomotiveSafety #VehicleSafety #DrivingSafety #RoadSafety #AutomotiveTesting #VehicleTesting #AutomotiveIndustry #ADAS #FutureMobility #SafetyEngineering
