I saved this image recently and was reminded of it today. I happened to be in a coffee room when a senior leader actively sought out a member of her team to acknowledge how stretched she was and offered to help her. The offer was genuine and not just a tickbox. True Leadership🌟

The other night was my first nightshift where I was moved as a staff nurse to a different ward to help. So happy that I was able to and had such a good team to work with in HDU @NHSG_RACH. Good to go back to a place where I was a student, even just for one shift #staffnurse #NQN
