It was an honour to chair session with these wonderful farmers: Andrew Brewer, a dairy farmer from Cornwall; Efistathos Stathopolous an olive oil producer from Greece and Carlo De Biasi a wine producer. We explored the carbon farming practices they have adopted.

I was privileged to chair a session on carbon farming practices with three farmers producing milk, olive oil and wine. We had a conversation about their adoption of more sustainable farming practices and the support they had from to support their transition.
